Las Vegas Headliner Jay White is one of the world’s most convincing recreations of Neil Diamond. Jay energizes stages with a touch of class and a dash of Rock-n-Roll, continuing the musical legacy of Neil Diamond in 5 countries and more than 9000 unforgettable shows. He is bringing his show to Kettering, Ohio for one night. Proceeds from the concert will benefit Parkinson Support & Wellness.
Three key members of Neil Diamond’s Band will perform with the world’s #1 Diamond performer, Jay White, as part of a 14-piece musical ensemble invading Fraze Pavilion on Saturday, August 25 at 8:00 pm to kick off the “Sweet Caroline World Tour." Conga and percussionist extraordinaire King Errisson (photo: left) will be joined by fellow Diamond musicians, Keyboardist Mark LeVang and Bassist Bill Cinque, to show their love and appreciation of Mr. Diamond’s incredible 50-year career and to support Jay White’s new show to benefit Parkinson’s organizations across the USA, Canada, Europe and Australia.
White, a personal favorite of Neil Diamond and his band for over 30 years and pictured below with Neil, was saddened, like millions of other fans, by Diamond’s retirement from touring due to his recent Parkinson’s diagnosis. To celebrate and honor the music of the iconic Rock & Roll Hall of Famer, White & Band will perform a two hour Concert filled with Diamond hits and lesser known gems to benefit Dayton’s Parkinson Support & Wellness Group. Net proceeds from the event will support initiatives to increase awareness and support services that improve the quality of life for Miami Valley Parkinson patients and their loved ones.
