This class is designed for those new to yoga or returning after a long absence. The fundamentals of yoga postures and breathing can help to increase strength while improving posture, balance, mobility, and breathing. Sharon Byrnes has a background in teaching and is certified by the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She is also on the faculty of the Svastha Yoga and Ayurveda of Krishnsamacharya Therapy Program. Care givers welcome free.
