In August we are not having a PD EDU and are encouraging our community to attend UC Health’s Sunflower Symposium!

What: A free, educational event for patients, families and caregivers affected by Parkinson’s disease.

Where: (Virtual) Live-Streamed Event.

When: Saturday, August 28, 2021 from 9am – 1pm

Join Andrew Duker, MD, Alberto Espay, MD, Emily Hill, MD, Greg Kuhlman, MD, Kim Seroogy, PhD, and Maureen Gartner, CNP, for the 2021 Sunflower Rev It Up Anywhere for Parkinson’s Symposium. This free virtual event will be live-streamed on Saturday, August 28, 2021, from the UC Gardner Neuroscience Institute outpatient building on the UC Health Clifton Campus.

The symposium will feature presentations from UC Health physicians and staff as well as wellness presentations from local organizations specializing in Parkinson’s disease. Participants will also be able to virtually network with various vendors providing services to those impacted by Parkinson’s disease.

In addition to the educational programming available, Sunflower Revolution includes a cycling race and a run/walk to raise funds for the University of Cincinnati Gardner Family Center for Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders.
