Race starts at 9am, followed by a post-race party, awards, raffle and MORE!

Steady Strides is an annual celebration of our community’s will and capability to do our best at living well with this difficult disease, our annual celebration of our Parkinson community, our collective accomplishments, and our mission to serve each other.
We are excited to return to the Linder Family Tennis Center for our in-person race option! Join us as we raise funds and awareness for a cause close to our hearts. After the 5K, stay for the post-race party and enjoy songs from The Brew Crew Band. Also we will have a raffle, split-the-pot, face painting, entertaining clowns and more! We will have Cincinnati's favorites there as well - LaRosa’s Pizza, Doscher’s Candy, Glier’s Goetta, Marx Bagels and many more! Each participant gets a cool shirt and a medal!
